Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days via USPS (United States Postal Service).

During Sales, Re-Stocks, and Launches of new products, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process and ship out from our shop in North Carolina. Depending on your destination, your order should arrive between 3 to 7 business days after shipping. If your order does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact us.

Please double check your address before ordering, once orders have been shipped we cannot change the delivery address. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.

USPS does NOT deliver on Sundays or Federal Holidays

We offer free shipping only for orders over $50

CANCELATION POLICY

Orders can generally be canceled within a few hours of being placed, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Please email us at redcardinalco@gmail.com to cancel your order. If an order cannot be canceled, you may return the item according to our return policy.

We are unable to modify or cancel orders once shipped. Double + triple-check that all details such as the address and zip code are correct before checking out.
