2.1. Shipping Terms:

2.1.1. Customer acknowledges that Red Cardinal Store ships all orders from North Carolina, USA with USPS (United States Postal Service).

2.1.2. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs that may arise from an incorrect address or refused shipment.

2.1.3. Tracking number that is provided to a customer when an order is shipped serves as proof of delivery.

2.1.4. Once a package is marked "delivered," Red Cardinal Store assumes no responsibility for replacement or reimbursement for lost or missing items. Customers are advised to track shipments and contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance in case of delivery issues. We recommend ensuring accurate shipping details and taking necessary precautions for secure package receipt. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2.2. Free shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders placed in the United States, United States territories, Hawaii and Alaska on orders that exceed $50.00. 

2.3. Returns:

Prior to requesting a return, ensure that the following conditions are met:

2.3.1. In order to initiate the return, customers will need to email redcardinalco@gmail.com before returning.

2.3.2. If for any reason the customer is not completely satisfied with the purchase, any retail sized product (1 oz, 2 oz and 4 oz) may be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a refund, replacement, or an exchange.

2.3.3. Returns are accepted only if the container is not opened, and the shrink-band seal is not broken.

2.3.4. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. When returning items, please ensure that proper packaging and shipping methods are used. Red Cardinal Store will not cover return shipping expenses.

2.3.5. If you want a refund for your order after it's been processed - you may refuse the package upon arrival or return it, and we will issue a refund once the package is returned to us.

2.3.6. For all returns, a valid tracking number must be provided by the buyer. This ensures transparency and facilitates a smooth return process. Red Cardinal Store will not process returns without a tracking number. Please retain and share the tracking information with our customer support at redcardinalco@gmail.com.

2.3.7. Orders that are returned in a used or opened condition will not be eligible for a refund, and associated shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

2.4. Refund Policy:

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

2.4.1 If the order was received, but the product was damaged during transit, you may either ask for a refund or a replacement. Photos of the parcel and damaged products are required.

2.4.2 If the items received do not match the items listed in the invoice, you may either ask for a refund or a replacement. Incorrectly fulfilled items need to be reported within 14 days of receipt of goods. A photo of the products received is required.

2.4.3 For wholesale sizes (16 fl. oz and 32 fl. oz), refunds are not issued for reasons such as taste, color, smell, consistency, allergic reactions, adverse reactions, or other individual responses. Unopened products must be returned with containers and seals intact, in their original condition, to be eligible for a refund. We recommend ordering a retail-size product first to verify the product’s suitability before purchasing wholesale quantities.

2.4.4. Once authorized, a refund shall be issued between 1 to 2 business days, and the funds will be returned to the same payment method that was used to place an order. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution that was used to place an order.
